What are the requirements to receiving the GFIA™ certification?

There are two requirements to receive the official GFIA™ certification.

First, you must complete all the courses in our curriculum. The curriculum covers financial statements, securities analysis, corporate valuation, capital structure, DCF, M&A, LBO, and advanced financial modeling.

Second, you must sign the Honor Code. The Honor Code requires you to uphold academic integrity. You agree not to give or receive any unauthorized help and/or partake in any other unfair practices when you go through the courses. Said more simply, you agree not to cheat or help other people cheat.

Once these two requirements are met, you may submit your candidacy. Our team will review and once approved, we will issue you the official Global Financial & Investment Analyst (GFIA™) designation along with the blockchain-verified digital certification.
