Yes, our courses will prepare you for a career in investment banking. We recruited for investment banking ourselves out of undergrad and completed our investment banking analyst program at Goldman Sachs in New York. We are intimately familiar with the technical skills required both to pass investment banking interviews and to succeed on the job. Our courses are built to help you achieve both.

Starting with financial accounting, you’ll develop a deep familiarity with the three financial statements and the underlying accounting principles. Then, you’ll learn to value companies based on their financials through discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis as well as valuation multiples. And finally, you’ll understand different transaction structures, such as mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and leveraged buyouts (LBO). Along the way, you’ll build numerous financial models yourself. All of these are core topics of investment banking interviews.
